I just put the Cobra 29 that my company had in the truck i drive on the bench, just to see what it does. It is a new 29 from China. It is still out of box stock. It deadkeys about 3 watts, PEP meter swing is only 10 watts with 1000hz tone. On the scope and modulation meter, it flat tops at about 65% modulation on the meter.
