Connex 3300hp almost dead

I have a 3300hp that is in very nice condition and seems to be unmolested. Problem is when powered on the only thing that comes on is the meter light. No channel display, no tx/rx light, no transmit, do hear some static in speaker though. Checked the voltage regulator and there is power there. Trying to look on schematic where to check next but I'm getting a little confused. If someone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it. Thanks
