Cleaning up Interference Noise???

Hi,
After installing my Uniden 980, I'm noticing some (not a lot...but)

Interference noise coming from the AC Fan, and Windshield Wiper Motor!

I am using #4 wire coming straight from battery for power and ground.

Any easy fixes for this????
