Tuner Question

I currently have a Galaxy 2517 running to an A-99 about 20 feet up for my base station. I manage my SWR currently with an Astatic PDC2 SWR meter. I was wondering if an upgrade in tuner would be beneficial. I was thinking about the MFJ-949E found here:

I just wanted to know if running a better tuner would help me out performance wise and if anyone has any knowledge of this tuner. Seems to have some good features....
